Terms and Conditions for E-commerce Elevation Course
1. Agreement to Terms By enrolling in the E-commerce Elevation Course (the "Course"), you (the "Participant") agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you and DESNER PTY LTD trading as Bec Laut Consulting ("we", "us", "our").
2. Course Access and Duration Participants will receive access to the Course for 365 days after the date of Course completion. Access includes all training materials, live sessions, and recordings provided as part of the Course.
3. Payment Terms Participants may select one of the following payment options:
- Option 1: One-time payment of AUD $1,297 plus GST.
- Option 2: Three payments of AUD $447 plus GST, with the first payment due at the time of enrolment and the subsequent payments due 30 and 60 days thereafter.
Failure to make any scheduled payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Course until full payment is received.
4. GST All fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added at the applicable rate.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy Participants may cancel their enrolment for a full refund within 14 days from the start of the Course ("Cancellation Period"). To cancel, Participants must provide written notice to us at [email protected].
Refunds will not be issued after the 14-day Cancellation Period has passed.
6. Access Revocation We reserve the right to revoke access to the Course if:
- Payment is not made in accordance with the agreed payment plan;
- There is any breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of Course materials.
7. Intellectual Property All materials provided during the Course are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of DESNER PTY LTD or its licensors. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No portion of the Course materials may be copied, distributed, or modified without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, DESNER PTY LTD excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the Participant or any other party, arising from or in connection with the Course or these Terms and Conditions. In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by the Participant for the Course.
9. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to Participants via email and will take effect immediately upon such communication.
10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
