For over 15 years, I’ve supported small businesses with the kind of back-end brilliance that leads to front-end results. With a background that spans accounting, cloud technology, and digital transformation, I bring both brains and heart to the table, no fluff, no jargon, just clarity and action.

I started my tech journey at Xero, working on the ground with advisors and small business owners to implement software that scaled smart. From there, I led the tech stream for PwC’s Outsourced Finance team (Optimise), building operational systems for growing companies. I’ve seen how the right tech — implemented the right way — can unlock serious growth.

Now, through Bec Laut Consulting, I help eCommerce and product-based businesses streamline their operations, understand their numbers, and reclaim control.
